GGA Challenge #13 - Let's Keep the Party Rolling!

  • Challenge Period: Monday 6/21/21 to Sunday 7/4/21
  • Deadline for Submitting Proof: Wednesday 7/7/21 by 11:59 pm
  • Points Apply to: July drawing with prizes to be awarded at the August event

As you know, the GGA just celebrated it's 20th Birthday! We want to keep the party rolling into Independence Day on the 4th of July! For this challenge, you will need to find caches of the same size in multiples of 4 based on the information below. The size of the cache is based off of the listing on the cache page. For this challenge, no caches that are listed as "other" may be used. You must use caches with physical containers only.

For example, if you wanted to qualify for the Seeker level, you would need to find 8 caches in total consisting of 4 micro caches and 4 small caches.

See below for the qualifications of each level:

 

Wanderer level - Find 4 micro caches

Seeker level - Find 4 micro caches + 4 small caches

Explorer level - Find 4 micro caches + 4 small caches + 4 regular caches

Adventurer level - Find 4 micro caches + 4 small caches + 4 regular caches + 4 large caches

 

Bonus options: Available for all levels. You may only use one or the other not both.

  • You may substitute 4 caches of any size by hiding a cache which publishes on July 4, 2021.
  • You may substitute 4 caches of any size by finding a cache hidden on July 4th of any year.  

Send your proof of completion to ggachallenges2021@gmail.com by the deadline to earn your points and chances in the July drawing! Include the following details in your email (if you are attaching a bookmark list, please make sure that the list is public):

  • Your geo-nick
  • Your real name
  • The level for which you qualify
  • Your qualifying caches with dates found
  • Please tell me if you earned any bonus points.
