We would like to bring back the GGA Best Cache Awards. This upcoming year we will be looking for your best and brightest ideas and caches in these five categories. Get those creative ideas flowing and let us see what you’ve got.  Winners will get a special banner to place on their Cache Page to show they were selected as GGA 2025 Best Caches.  

 

Award Categories

  1. Most Kid Friendly
  2. Best Quest
  3. Most Scenic Location
  4. Toughest
  5. Most Favorite Points

 

Submission to a category

  1. January 1, 2025, to April 30, 2025 window for publishing new caches.
  2. The C.O. will submit their cache GC number to the Steering Committee at gageoadm@gmail.com advising which category they wish their cache to be placed in. 
  3. A cache can be submitted to more than 1 category if the C.O. desires.
  4. Every cache that receives a Favorite Point is automatically considered for that award category.

 

Voting

  1. Voting for the best caches will take place in December.
  2. A list of caches in each category will be provided and updated as caches are submitted.  Available on our Website and FaceBook page.
  3. You must have found all caches in a category to vote in that category.
  4. Voting will be by Google Doc form.
