How do I post a photo?

How do I post a photo here from my iPad? Checking on the photo icon goes to a page for an internet source. Guess this website works different that other websites?

Start a new post by clicking the "New Topic" button, then click the image icon from the menu bar.

Then click the Upload tab of the dialog box that pops up, click "Browse..." and select the image you want to upload, then click the "Send it to the Server" button:

Click OK twice and your image should appear in your post.
