Join us on Sunday, August 15th at Picnic Shelter #4 at Georgia State Park's newest park, Don Carter for some water fun!  The event is from 11:00 a.m until 2:00 p.m.

Did you know that Don Carter has 4 different kayak trails?  Did you know they have a beach?  Did you know they also have 14 miles of hiking trails?  Did you know there are geocaches in this park, including the Georgia State Parks Challenge cache and that there may be more published before this event?

Come paddle with the GGA!   Bring your own kayak or boat, rent a kayak, paddleboard or aquacycle from the park, or just come hang out on the beach or in the picnic shelter!

We will provide hotdogs, chips, and water or you can bring your own picnic lunch and/or something to share!  Or just hang out with a bunch of really cool geocachers!

Event is rain or shine, but let's hope the rain isn't the water!

Please log your will attend so we can make sure there are enough dogs for all!

The event is free to attend, however parking is $5 unless you have a Georgia State Parks pass.
